- 50% of full rental rate paid at reservation stage
- Remaining rental rate paid 1 week before arrival
- Payment facilities include bank transfer & credit/debit cards. No cash.
- At least 24h rental break will be enforced between 2 rental periods
- Civilised parties are expected but noise disturbance to neighbours will not be tolerated and may result in police intervention
- Any damages occurred during the stay will be treated in accordance with the contract signed at booking stage
COVID-19 CHECK-IN PROCEDURE- All guests will be taken their temperature at the arrival at the retreat
- List of all guests names to be sent in advance
- Only booked guests are allowed at the retreat
- Every guest must produce their ID, a photocopy will be taken
- Every guest must sign a COVID-19 acknowledgment and disclaimer form
- Sanitizers and gloves will be provided on the premises
- All cleaning protocol will be conducted before and after your arrival in line with the government’s guidelines
